Fresco Frames Australia manufactures and markets a range of innovative and award winning outdoor kitchen, storage and furniture systems.

Our award winning framing system components are manufactured through a number of suppliers both locally and abroad and we are now on the look out for an outgoing, confident, self organised and multi-tasking Outdoor Kitchen & Customer Service Coordinator to assist our team with the sales, design, and excellent customer service support for our BBQ retail specialists and building and landscape clients

You will have excellent customer service skills, be highly computer literate, (apple an advantage) with outstanding written & oral communication skills with outstanding attention to detail.

This is a hands on role, requiring a real multi tasking person. Ideally, you have previously worked in the kitchen industry, outdoor & lifestyle or with consumer building products.

Position duties include:

Co-ordinating & quoting of retailers & customer sales orders.

Assit with sales & retail marketing promotions.

Attending to email & telephone sales enquiries.

Assisting our retailers and key accounts with product & sales enquiries and orders.

Checking designs submitted from retailers and ensuring specifications are correct.

Follow up on status of quotations and orders.

Data base management.

Review building and landscape plans & drawings.

Designing the outdoor kitchen using our unique app.

Preparing retailers and direct customer invoices.

Processing of retail and resellers sales orders.

Communicating with retailers to assist in timely deliveries.

Ideally, you love dealing with people and multi tasking. You have excellent time management and organisational skills and can work autonomously when needed. You will be an integral part of our customer service & sales team, co-ordinating customer quotes, assisting our retailers and direct customers with projects & orders. The role involves preparing job files, confirming pricing, specifications, designs and assisting with planning with our operations department. Direct customer consultation will be also required so exposure in retail showroom sales would be highly advantageous.

This position is suited to a person with an interest in the landscape industry, kitchen design & consumer lifestyle products such as BBQs & domestic appliances.

You must be able to read architectural plans and enjoy dealing with multiple stakeholders with the ability to problem solve when required. Knowledge or previous exposure in the building, landscape or kitchen industry would be be highly desirable.

Having a mechanical mind with some understanding of how flat pack, self assembly furniture systems and kitchen cabinetry products piece together would be beneficial.

You must be highly computer literate and accurate with an excellent. understanding of MS Office & Xero Skills is mandatory.Outstanding proven customer service skills.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer's needs.Previous experience in estimating and production Planning within commercial and consumer products is highly desirable.

Excellent oral and written communication skills is essential. Excellent ability to organise, schedule and prioritise tasks.Strong team player who contributes to creating a team environment.Display ability to make decisions independently.Be a lateral and imaginative thinker.

Excellent time management skills and working autonomously a must.Knowledge of manufacturing production IT systems will be highly desirable but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
