THE ROLE

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, this role will be responsible for enhancing the comfort & guest experience at our Hotels. In this role you will:

• Provide housekeeping & room attendant services
• Clean, maintain & service common areas of the hotel
• Be the expert in the local area, with the ability to answer guest queries, provide directions and make recommendations
• Provide a modest, friendly and authentic service when interacting with guests
• Maintain a thorough understand of the Brand & your Hotel, including guest rooms, rates, promotions, amenities, programs, hotel facilities and services
