The ROLE

Rydges on Swanston is after a self motivated Breakfast Chef who is looking for a chance to work with a culturally aligned team whose prime objective is to destroy every target set.

Taking care of the breakfast buffet, cooking the live station with customer interaction. Smart entertaining our clients and cook their request on perfection. Be part of this amazing team, take lead on conferencing functions during the mornings. You can handle the humor of an Executive Chef with crazy ideas about how food should be made and presented. You are willing to take an opportunity and have fun with what you are doing.

Somebody strong enough to run the mornings with support of the brigade full of chefs on several levels wanting to do their best and work as a team. Someone hungry to prove themselves and show the world what they can do. Use me and our GM as a stepping stone in your career.

The SPACE

We have 12 function rooms including The Skyline Events Centre on the top floor of Rydges with sweeping views of the city, that holds up to 300pax.

The Pool Deck is also Melbourne's most unique roof top space that can hold up to 300pax.

The Bar + Grill is a small classic corporate restaurant with small share plates and premium grill options. Nothing fancy, just expertly cooked comfort food.

The PITCH
