To be considered for this role you should

- Be available on weekends for a rotating or structured roster

- Have at least 3 years of experience as a senior Barista

- Be proficient with latte art

- Have an outgoing personality to be able to converse with customers

- Have Australian work rights

- Speak fluent English

- Be outgoing and have a friendly personality

Job tasks and responsibilities

- Producing a high level of coffee

- Have great coffee art

- Have good knowledge of all aspects of coffee

- Have a good understanding of POS systems

- Be able to multi-task
