This job is essentially for a section waiter, yet comes with the opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and development of our wine list. It will suit someone who has studied (WSET or MS) and wishes to ply thier skills under guidance or someone with strong knowledge who loves wines and would cherish a hand in the list.

The restaurant is closed Mondays & Tuesdays, making weekend evenings a must. I currently have approximately 30 hours per week for this position, but am flexible for the right applicant.
