We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Housekeeping team in the role of Room Attendant / Shift Supervisor on a casual basis.

The iconic 34 room hotel is the world's first Dessert Hotel. Adelphi set the precedent in luxury boutique hotels in Australia, becoming the first of its kind in 1993.

In 2013, Iconic Hotels Group took over and completely refurbished the Adelphi, transforming it into a magnificent "dessert" themed hotel. Which has since been awarded "Best Boutique accommodation in Victoria for 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2018" by Tourism Accommodation Australia.

About the role:

You will report directly to the Housekeeping Manager and work closely alongside the hotel team to ensure ongoing standards of excellence.

We want you to "own" this role and will give you great autonomy, in return you will be provided with the support and tools you need to ensure you reach your full potential.

About You:

You will have experience in an equivalent role (supervisor or team leader) in Housekeeping department and possess a strong understanding of 5 star hotel cleanliness standards. Further to this, you are a team player with great communication skills who relishes interacting with guests and your colleagues.

Our housekeeping team work between 8am and 10pm and shifts vary between 3 and 9 hours in duration. Candidates with flexibility and an enthusiasm to work when required will be highly regarded. We are seeking an immediate start for the candidates successful in 'winning' these roles.
