We are looking for an experienced, hardworking kitchenhand or cook that is passionate about the food industry and is willing to learn.

We specialise in Filipino & Western Cuisine with a head chef of over 20 years of 5-star hotel experience. He continuously strives for quality and high standard in every aspect of every dish served to our customers; therefore he is looking for someone who has the same mindsetand capability.

There are over 50 dishes on our menu and apart of your role is to support the chef in preparing every order. If you are not willing to learn and aren't looking for a long term role with us, please do not apply.

You must have at least 1 year experience in the following as your duties include:

• Vegetable and ingredient preparation at a fast pace
  
• Being responsible for the hot & cold section of the kitchen
  
• Deep frying and salad preparation
  
• Plating meals artistically
  
• Being responsible for the grill section (experience is not necessary but advantageous)
  
• Portioning meals and meat: white, red and seafood
  
• maintaining a clean, efficient and safe workplace including dishwashing
