| The Pizza & Grill Co. is an exciting new Family Restaurant that strives to produce fun delicious food in a relaxed and exciting atmosphere for customers. Pizzas, Burgers, Steaks, and Pastas highlight our menu.We are seeking an experienced, energetic, dedicated and outgoing front of house team member to join our company. Full and Part Time options available.Wait staff and Hosts.You must be an experienced front of house professional and able to follow direction unsupervised. We are looking for some one who is hard working, responsible and keen to learn.We are a family restaurant so the ability to keep calm under a stressful situation is a must as is good problem solving skills.You must have relevant experience and a great personality is a necessity.You must have the ability to work well under pressure as part of a team during service to meet customer expectations in regard to the quality and timeliness of meals. Working in a team through service in a 250 seat restaurant plus a 160 seat function space is a special skill and those who don't have experience at this level need not apply.Join our awesome team and help us put The Pizza & Grill Co. located on one of Victoria's busiest intersections, on the map!You will need to be dedicated, clean, well presented, have passion for the hospitality industry and work well in a team environment. Customer Focus is a large part of the culture of our team and therefore must be consistent in your work ethic.
