About the Business

Here at Sweet By Nature we pride ourselves on creating award winning quality cakes, slices and biscuits. We make them from scratch using only premium quality ingredients and supply to both wholesale and retail Australia wide. We also supply for special occasions such as weddings, engagements and birthdays!

We are seeking 3 self-motivated & driven Kitchen hands to work in our production team at Heidelberg West Manufacturing Facility.

About the Role

• Assisting and prepping in cake production
• Lifting and filling trays of cakes
• Working on mixing and depositing machines
• Following standard work practices
• Manual handling of ingredients
• Ensuring work spaces are regularly cleaned and sanitised
• Helping to ensure quality and consistency of product

Hours of work

• Monday - Friday 6am - 2.30pm

About you

• You will opreferrably have prior experience working in a food production environment
• A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene (Food Handling certificate preferred but not essential)
• You will have your own car and a valid Australian Drivers Licence
• This is a very physical role which will require lifting and strenuous manual handling.
• Great communication skills and a team player
• A passion for producing amazing products and an eye for quality and detail.
