The Role

Currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to take ownership of the evenings and the sensational dinner menu. Will a sensational building and architecture, service has to follow the exact same path - leading a team of 10 for dinner service, training staff and maintaining exceptional service standards. Being a master on the floor as well as a great, organised liaison between your team, the kitchen and guests. With a financially astute mind, you will be create the weekly roster to a set labor budget and work well with targets and driving sales. Your hours will be Wednesday - Sunday, 4pm - 12am.

In this role you will share a passion for great, fresh food and exceptional service. Coming from a high volume background, you will lead the deliverance of operations and management of the team. With great communication skills, you will work with the team to maintain high standards and deliver exceptional customer service. With an engaging and hands-on personality, a love of people and customer service and a desire to succeed as a hospitality professional you will drive this restaurant. With some highly talented staff on board and new applications daily, enjoyment and a proven ability to train and develop a high performing team is fundamental.
