Seeking Qualified Pastry Chef,

Day time shifts – no nights! Minimum 5 years experience, hands on roll – all rounder needed

We produce from scratch + decorate a large range of cakes, tarts, puff pastry, curds/fillings/icings Established menu items and recipes, Bakery/Pastry Kitchen located in the rear of large café in Altona, have the opportunity to work directly with the proprietor and gain invaluable commercial knowledge.

Must be able to work solo and lead/train team members, drive to deliver consistency

Must be passionate, well presented, great communication + organisational skills + have own transport

Pay negotiable depending on experience + qualifications
