Wa Kenbo is a new Japanese restaurant specialised in modern Japanese cuisine.

Our owner chef Kenji has more than 25 years carrier and ran a famous Japanese restaurant in Adelaide for 11 years. Now he closed its door and moved to Melbourne to open his new restaurant in Fitztoy in mid May.

Our opening hours are Tuesday to Saturday Dinner and Friday Lunch.

Capacity 30 customers.

The positions available:

1p x Full time chef (40-50 hours a week)

3p x Casual Waiting staff (10-20 hours a week)

The successful candidate is

-experienced more than 5 years in fine dining restarurant

-eager to learn Japanese cuisine

-able to work for long period

-knowledgeable and love both food and wine

-valid Visa holders (Victorian RSA holders as well if waiting staff)
