About the Role: This is hands on role overseeing a team of Kitchen Hands, providing continuous support & training to the team, perform equipment ordering duties and responsible for ensuring smooth operations.

Skills & experience:

• Previous experience as a Lead Kitchen Hand or similar
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong leadership skills
• Demonstrated organisational, time management & problem-solving skills
• Experience liaising with a range of stakeholders including senior level management
• Must be willing and able to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and public holiday
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety
• Excellent communication & presentation
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
