We are currently looking for an experienced Kitchen Hand to join the great team at the Bega Factory in Port Melbourne. The Factory is open 5 days a week for breakfast, lunch and snacks in-between.

Key Duties

• General food preparation including buffet preparation
• Thorough cleaning of kitchen including dishes and floors
• Stock rotation and stock control
• Ensuring to follow all health and safety procedures when caring out all tasks
• Assist with general kitchen duties under the direction of the Site Manager

The Person

• Commercial kitchen experience essential
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of OH&S guidelines
• Able to work a variety of shifts including morning, afternoons, evenings
• Must be able to complete an ASIC pass
• Ability to take direction
