Kitchen Team members uphold the Rolld brand by providing exceptional customer experiences for every one of our guests.

They report directly to their Restaurant Manager and their duties include:

Clear understanding on how to operate commercial kitchen equipment

• Exemplary food quality and presentation standards
  
• Excellent time management skills
  
• Ability to work towards time targeted expectations
  
• Fast and efficient food preparation ability with excellent knife skills
  
• Exceptional cleaning standards

The required skills and experience for this role will include:

• Have worked in a similar faced paced café or restaurant environment

• Be available to work on a rotating roster consisting of weekdays, weekends, mornings, days and nights.

• Have a basic understanding of national food safety regulations

• High-level food quality standards

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience in a fast paced environment

• Ability to problem solve and think on their feet

The ideal candidate will possess experience working in a similar business and be motivated to help drive store performance through commitment to exceptional food quality and clean standards.
