Job tasks and responsibilities

We are looking for highly motivated Housekeepers who are able to work cohesively with Housekeeping Departments to ensure a smooth operation and outstanding Guest Experience. This is a 5 STAR Hotel based in South Wharf CBD.

Key Responsibilities:

• To ensure that all rooms and cleaned and presented at a high standard and how the client and JKAH wishes.
• To Assist in achieving the smooth daily operation of the Housekeeping department.
• To Achieve high standards of cleanliness.
• To deliver stock, linen to the floors.
• To be able to take messages efficiently.
• To develop and display an attitude and willingness to help others, in all dealings with hotel customers, fellow employees and hotel management.

• Skills and Experience
  

The successful applicant/s will demonstrate the following attributes:

• *A passion for providing a great guest experience.
• *Experience in housekeeping in a Hotel is preferred.
• *The Ability to work well with others.
• * Great listening skills and the willingness to complete every task with high standards.
• * Full availability over 7 days rotating roster.
