Melbourne's Entrecote City at the fabulous French end of the CBD, is looking for a Head Waiter to join their dynamic and professional team in a Full time position. Must be available Friday & Saturday nights.

Entrecôte City is seeking an experienced FOH person with an interest in Food and Wine to join our fast-paced, hospitality driven team.

A service based role working in conjunction with, and reporting to the Management team. You will have a minimum of 2 years proven experience in a similar role, superior customer service with a fabulous & friendly manner towards customers and co-workers, a positive ‘can do’ attitude and strong leadership qualities.

To be successful in this in this role it is essential that you have/are;

A current RSA

Available to start immediately

Able to work Friday and Saturday nights

2 years minimum experience

The ability to work within a team as well as unsupervised

Professional and reliable

Attention to detail and great communication skills

Well presented and friendly

Key responsiblities include;

Support the management team, oversee and motivate the FOH team in an engaging manner to exceed customer expectations

Assist with Duty Manager procedures

French speaking is a plus but definitely not a requirement!
