The Paringa Hotel Motel is a family owned and operated country hotel located in the Riverland, South Australia (near Renmark) on the Murray River. We are only 3 hours from Adelaide and 1.5 hours from Mildura (Victoria). We operate a 120 seat a la carte bistro providing friendly country hospitality together with delicious country hotel food 7 days a week for lunch and dinner.

We are searching for an enthusiastic, passionate and experienced Head Chef to start immediately and take a lead role in all aspects of the management and operation of our kitchen.

The successful applicant must be willing to work with management to contribute towards the growth and success of the business. You must be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision as well as be a strong team player with respect to both sides of the pass. An ability to lead and manage a small team will be beneficial.
