Role Requirements and Responsibilities

• To display excellent communication skills, both as first point of contact for clients and when dealing with other members of staff.
• To display good people skills and the ability to work with a diverse clientele.
• To display a mature attitude.
• To display strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work with a strong, passionate team in a fast-moving, fashion-forward salon.
• To preform cleaning duties when required.
• To shampoo clients when required.
• To learn about salon retail lines and be able to prescribe products to clients when required.
• To learn salon software booking system.
