Augellos Balwyn opened in late 2015 near the Palace Cinema following 20 years of success in Mooloolaba Queensland. Bringing selections of the award winning menu to Melbourne, the team has quickly established an excited local client base with thier innovative approach. Augellos have brought their multiple "Best Pizza on the globe" award winning approach into this new licenced restaurant and with continued growth, need an experieced chef to join the professional and successful team.

The modern Italian themed kitchen is open plan and visable to customers, allowing kitchen and floor staff to interact with clients at times, ensuring you will be right in the thick of the action at the heart of the restaurant.

We have flexibilty regarding experience as long as you're ready to jump in and hit the ground running. As the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, we are confident that we will have some flexibility regarding available shifts.
