The Swanston Hotel, Grand Mercure and Mercure Welcome Melbourne complex are located right in the heart of the CBD. The two hotels are part of the Accor Group and are owned by Erdigroup - a privately owned company that operates a successful collection of hotels and businesses throughout Australia.

There are 4 outlets located at these two hotels. They are the Louden Grill, On15, Soul Café and Cocoon Bar. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and talented Food and Beverage Attendants with a professional manner to work within our outlets. We require people who are experienced and have a passion for excellent customer service and a desire to grow their hospitality career.

Your key duties will include:

• Ensuring food and beverage service, presentation and delivery is in line with Erdigroup’s standards
• Ensuring immediate, effective and efficient service to all customers
• Maintaining cleaning schedules and standards
• Working as team player within a busy environment
• Providing feedback to management on customer requirements or opportunities to increase the attraction of Food and Beverage outlets

To be successful in this role you will possess:

• Proven experience in a busy hospitality environment
• Ability to use multiple points of sale (POS), Micros experience advantageous
• Effective cash handling experience
• Strong Customer Service Skills and a “Can Do Attitude”
• A current RSA/ Food Handlers Certificate
• Availability during the week and weekends with no extended periods of absence planned over the next 6 months.
• A love for fast paced and dynamic work environments
