We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced wholefood cook/kitchen hand. In this role you will be assisting a head chef in terms of cooking, ensuring all stock packed up and stored properly, tiding up and cleaning and may also need to assume the chef role from time to time.

Must have:

● At least 2 years’ experience in commercial kitchen

● Upmarket dining, high volume restaurant or hotel restaurant experience is highly desirable but not necessary

● Excellent communication skills, able to work under pressure and multi-task

● Ability to work as a part of a team environment

● Ability to maintain high and consistent standards

● Understanding of food safety standards and HAC
