We have a limited number of Full Time Short Order Cook positions available across our Melbourne restaurants. Our Cooks manage the preparation process of our full menu, as well as lead and guide our kitchen teams.

Our Cooks are responsible for:

• Preparation and cooking of all menu items
• Delegation of duties to kitchen team members
• Coaching/mentoring of kitchen team members
• Stock rotation and Food safety
• Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen
