The Pizza & Grill Co. is an exciting new Family Restaurant that strives to produce fun delicious food in a relaxed and exciting atmosphere for customers. Pizzas, Burgers, Steaks, and Pastas highlight our menu.

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, dedicated and outgoing people to fill the roles of Chefs and Pizza Makers.

Chefs and Cooks

You'll put the customers at the heart of everything you do, create a positive and fun team culture for your fellow kitchen team, and deliver exceptional food each and every day.

You will work with your Head Chef on completing day to day tasks. You must have a good ability to learn quickly, have an attention for detail, able to multi-task and work under pressure.

Pizza Makers

You will be working in the pizza section on a new Morretti 2 Deck Oven and a beautiful wood fire oven. You will strive to provide an exceptional pizza product to each and every customer. Experience in hand stretching pizzas would be an advantage.

You must have the ability to work well under pressure as part of a team during service to meet customer expectations in regard to the quality and timeliness of meals. Working in a team through service in a 250 seat restaurant plus a 180 seat function space is a special skill and those who don't have experience at this level need not apply.

You will need to be dedicated, clean, well presented, have passion for the hospitality industry and work well in a team environment. Customer Focus is a large part of the culture of our team and therefore must be consistent in your work ethic. You must be motivated and willing to work flexible hours (5 day work week) - lunch & dinner - as we open from 11am to 11 pm seven days.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role previously, along with good command of the English language. Must have a valid working visa or be an Australian resident. You must also have a vehicle as the hours will vary.
