Busy Hawthorn daytime cafe serving all day breakfast / brunch menu has a vacancy for a full time experienced chef.

Successful applicant must:

- have at least 3 years experience working with a cafe breakfast/ brunch menu

- have basic baking experience

- be able to multi task

- have knowledge on how to make basic sauces / spreads

- work in a clean & tidy manner

- have a "can do" attitude & be able to handle busy periods with a limited amount of stress

- be willing to work as part of a small team

- contribute ideas / options towards weekly specials & seasonal menu
