OUR COOKS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Preparing and serving our specialty foods and desserts consistent with all recipe and presentation standards

• Supervising the kitchen hand/ pastry chef in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
• Following health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
• The preparation of gourmet sandwiches, salad,wraps, baguettes, yogurts.
• Ordering of food and supplies needed to ensure efficient operation
• The preparation and presentation of catering orders
