This bustling bar and restaurant in a cosmopolitan South East suburb is searching for a new Bar Supervisor to supervise their venue’s bar operations. This vibrant restaurant offers relaxed, informal dining with a full bar menu.

To be ideal for the role you will:

• Previous experience in a Duty Manager or Bar supervisor role
• Come from an a la carte background ideally in a high-volume venue
• Possess beer, wine, spirit and cocktail knowledge (essential)
• Have a hands-on leadership style
• Be an energetic and outgoing individual
• A valid RSA

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Beverage selection and all ordering of stock for the bar
• Supervision and team development of casual, part-time and full-time staff
• Overseeing service through day and evening shifts including weekends
• Liquor licence compliance
