We are currently on the market for Service Desk Analyst for a Global Manufacturing organisation based in the Western Suburbs. The purpose of this position is to provide ‘first point of contact’ resolution for end user requests, supporting 6000 internal staff.
In this cohesive team you will receive and respond to the level 1 and 2 requests in a timely manner, through effective customer service and problem solving via phone and email.
Key skills:
- Previous service desk experience supporting – Windows 7 and 10, MS exchange and office 365
- Knowledge of Citrix
- Knowledge of software distribution tools
- Hardware troubleshooting skills
- Superior customer service
- Able to explain solution to non technical users
- Experience using Active Directory
