The Opportunity

A rare and exciting opportunity to join a well-established, successful firm based in the northern suburbs. Due to an increase growth in the firm, they currently have a vacancy for a hands-on, dedicated and pro-active business services manager with a minimum of 8 years' experience in public practice.

This opportunity would suit a Junior Manager / Supervisor whom is looking for the next step and wants to be groomed for Partnership.

Ideally, you will:

• Have a minimum 8 years’ experience within a local public practice
• Be CA/CPA Qualified
• Have previous staff management experience
• Be able to manage workflow for the team
• Be able to prioritise, delegate and review work for the team
• Have excellent communication and written skills

Your Role will include:

• Budgeting, cash-flow management, financial management
• Be able to provide a strong consultative approach and build long term relationship with clients
• Be able to provide strong financial & tax expertise to clients
• Managing client list and lodgement enquiries
• Providing a strong consultative approach to your clients
