Tradeflex Services Group is a national provider of Cleaning and Facilities Management Services to a broad base of national and international companies across Australia. Tradeflex also has a long history of servicing a client base that spans Government authorities, both local and state, Education, Retail, Manufacturing and Logistics sectors.

Located in South Yarra and reporting to the Finance Manager, Tradeflex is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer with drive, initiative and passion to join the Finance Department for a fixed term contract.

To be considered for this role you will have a background in Accounts Payable and the ability to manage a high volume ledger. You will be experienced in using MYOB, have basic accounting skills including reconciling accounts, a high attention to detail as well as a professional attitude.

This role will see you dealing with a range of external and internal customers so excellent communication skills are essential, as well as possessing fast and accurate invoice processing skills.

The role covers the following:

  • invoices, payments and completing supplier reconciliationsProcessing
  • Assistance to the Customer Service Team
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required
