This role presents an exceptional opportunity to manage a team to ensure the effective delivery of Banking and Reconciliation services including general ledger reconciliations and clearing, bank account maintenance and RACV corporate card program maintenance. You will ensure reconciliations and banking processes comply with the relevant policies and legislation and have ownership for the oversight of the resolution of irregularities, anomalies and issues.

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in recruiting, training and leading a team, the ability to manage effective relationships with stakeholders and have a strong drive to achieve performance objectives. You will be a skilled negotiator who is able to plan, prioritise and manage your own work, coupled with a focus on seeing opportunities for continuous improvement.

Working at a faster than average pace, you will be capable of juggling multiple tasks with many moving parts and pride yourself on never missing a deadline. You will have a Bachelor of Business or Accounting plus membership of CA or CPA, exceptional verbal and written communications and an ability to think outside of the box. Experience in finance, banking or treasury support function is preferable with an understanding of audit/control procedures appropriate for banking functions. Strong business acumen, relationship management and influencing skills are fundamental to this role.
