Melbourne City Toyota has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, outgoing, confident, well organized Receptionist with initiative and proven administrative skills.

Based front of house, you will be the first point of contact for all Customers to our renowned Toyota dealership, acting as a company and brand ambassador consistently promoting the highest standards of courtesy, professional appearance and integrity interacting with customers and members of the public.

Duties

  • Meet and greet all guests to the dealership showroom and attending to a busy phone system and email enquiry with an engaging courteous welcome and the highest level of customer care.
  • Recording all showroom; email and website enquiry activity.
  • General administration and sales support.
  • Maintaining general housekeeping of reception and waiting areas.

This is a Part-Time permanent position working three days totalling 28.5 hours per week, Thursday to Saturday. Applicants must be able to fully commit to these working days, other days may also be available to cover other shifts from time to time.

Skills

  • Great communication skills together with excellent customer service manner.
  • The ability to maintain a professional appearance.
  • Proven history of being reliable and trustworthy.
