The Role:

ZOOM Recruitment currently has a permanent opportunity for a motivated warehouse officer in their distribution center team.

Located in Kensington with onsite parking and cafes nearby, this leading global company supplies equipment used in surgical procedures.

Your role will involve picking and packing products as they are received and dispatched and recording information accurately and efficiently in a range of admin tasks.

The successful candidate will have proven warehouse experience, high attention to detail, clear communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Duties:

• Pick, pack and check products for industry clients including international, local and returned goods

• Receive other returned goods such as inter-branch transfers, training materials and mail

• Maintain storage and quarantine areas

• Operate SAP and complete data entry of incoming products and receipts

• Customer service - phone bookings, customer and product complaints or recalls

• Liaise with internal and external staff and clients

• All other duties as assigned by Manager and housekeeping within the warehouse

Skills & Requirements:

• Great interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

• Proven experience and confidence in warehousing and administrative roles

• High levels of attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and organization skills

• Comply with quality system requirements and full accordance with company policies, procedures and values

• Adhere to policies and procedures in relation to health and safety

• Ability to work within a team environment

• A can do attitude and flexibility!
