Our client based in Rowville is a market leader in designing quality customised components and is in need of an experienced CNC Lathe Operator.

This is a casual role with the opportunity to for permanency for the right candidate.

You will need to have the following skills/attributes;

• Interpret machining/engineering drawings
• Use measuring equipment to accurately measure sizes
• Set manual lathes and machines to drawings
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Operate lathe machines and machine accurately
• Perform setting and machining tasks
• Maintain safe operations; adhering to safety procedures and regulations
• Adherence to OH&S policies and procedures
• General housekeeping of the factory

The successful candidate must have:

• A current Driver’s license and your own reliable transport is required
• A strong work history with recent contactable work references
• Full work rights within Australia
