About the Role

You will be based at the company's Service Department in Heidelberg Road Fairfield, where you will provide a range of customer service, data entry, and admin support functions to ensure our clients' high expectations are being met or exceeded.

You will interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including:

  • Existing vehicle owners
  • Aftersales team including Service Advisors and Managers
  • Vehicle sales department team
  • Parts department teams
  • Marketing department team
  • Manufacturer representatives and external suppliers
  • Senior management & administration

Duties and responsibilities

This role will involve a range of activities, including:

  • Switchboard - taking customer service bookings
  • Reception - face-to-face interaction with customers during service process
  • General housekeeping - customer lounge and reception areas
  • Data entry - preparation and completion of repair orders and general admin
  • Booking schedule maintenance

Preferred Candidate profile

We'd love to talk to applicants with a genuine desire to provide an exceptional customer experience. You will have a background in Automotive Service Reception preferably in a new car dealership environment.

  • Good keyboard / data entry skills and the ability to use popular MS applications
  • Ability to learn new IT systems

This is a full-time Monday-Friday position - hours are 8.30am-5.30pm
