Receptionist, front of house
We are seeking a Receptionist, front of house with a minimum of 1 years’ experience, a person who enjoys maintaining excellent customer service to our Clients and supports internal team members.
Main responsibilities will include
Correspondence and administration
Addressing and managing incoming and outgoing mail
Assisting Administration Teams across all facets of operations
Booking face to face & phone meetings with clients
Assisting in maintaining office supplies
Meeting and greeting clients
Making coffee & tea for clients
Tidying kitchenette and front of house area
Assisting the Operations Manager with ad hoc duties
You will need to display;
Proven experience as Receptionist/Personal Assistant or Administration Assistant
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Meticulous eye for detail
Professional presentation
Highly organised and structured, with the ability to multitask
Advanced knowledge/proficiency in MS Word & Excel
Bonus if you have experience using MYOB, HandiSoft, & ATO Portal
