The Mischel & Co Group is a long established Accounting Firm that offers our clients strong accounting, tax, audit and business advisory services and is seeking a Practice Manager.

The role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Practice Manger to join our firm.

As Practice Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business.

The role will involve:

• Managing the day-to-day administration operations of the practice
• Ensuring that members of the team meet their deadlines and targets
• Database management and systems management including IT system management
• Working with the Directors and across all the facets of the business in the strategic development and growth of the practice
• Proactively supporting all aspects of compliance and best practice
• Assisting in the delivery of quality services to clients as needed

  Essential Requirements:

• Experience in managing and controlling business processes
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Driven to achieve results and meet targets
• High levels of attention to detail
• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Strong computer skills

• Desirable:

• Experience and knowledge of MYOB
• A strong compliance background
