Come and join this Accountancy firm located in Malvern as the Personal Assistant to one of the Partners. The role will be working within a small office and be across all general PA duties, as well as some more technical accounts duties. This a true Personal Assistant role, suited to an experienced candidate with a high degree of professionalism and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Your duties will include:-
- Process tax returns & management Accounts Enterprise
- Provide a high level of administration support
- Diary and email management & travel bookings
- Organisation and coordination of meeting rooms
- Be the face of the business, liaise & build relationships with clients
To be successful for the role you must possess:-
- Excellent MS Office skills & exposure to MYOB AE
- Strong sense of initiative & the ability to work autonomously
- High sense of professionalism & confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to take on & manage a range of projects
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role highly regarded
