Come and join this Accountancy firm located in Malvern as the Personal Assistant to one of the Partners. The role will be working within a small office and be across all general PA duties, as well as some more technical accounts duties. This a true Personal Assistant role, suited to an experienced candidate with a high degree of professionalism and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Your duties will include:-

  • Process tax returns & management Accounts Enterprise
  • Provide a high level of administration support
  • Diary and email management & travel bookings
  • Organisation and coordination of meeting rooms
  • Be the face of the business, liaise & build relationships with clients

To be successful for the role you must possess:-

  • Excellent MS Office skills & exposure to MYOB AE
  • Strong sense of initiative & the ability to work autonomously
  • High sense of professionalism & confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to take on & manage a range of projects
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role highly regarded
