The Organisation

Has over $1bn in revenues in 2017, is a historic Australian brand and have a great record of engaging and keeping their staff.

You will be joining a finance & HR service centre, located in the business. The payroll team is 5 committed and experienced individuals who are looking after different sites.

The job

You will be looking after 2 fortnightly payrolls end to end, from inputting starter data to calculating terminations and redundancies.

You'll be handling queries from the employees across two seperate sites and working with two seperate enterprise agreements.

You will take sole responsibility for the sites, these two sites will be your portfolio and you will be their payroll officer.

The progression

The vacancy has come available because the incumbant payroll officer in this role has been promoted. The business promotes heavily from within and the HR manager started off as a payroll officer.
