The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to join an industry leader that has been one of the dominant players in their sector for more than 30 years. They have continually grown over the years due to a strong internal culture and an emphasis on training and developing their employees. As such, a newly created role has arisen in the payroll team.

The Challenge

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will have responsibility for a key portfolio within the business. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Your duties will include the following:

  • Preparing and processing salaried and casual pays
  • Entering new starters and leavers
  • Maintaining leave records and adjustments
  • Responding to payroll related queries
  • Providing excellent customer service to employees
  • Processing Superannuation, PAYG etc
  • Supporting management with process improvement initiatives

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

  • 3+ years experience in a high volume environment; 400+ employees
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A desire to work in a collaborative team-first environment
  • Experience with SAP is essential
