The Company
A well known and established Cleaning & Maintenance company who provide an integrated service to a diverse client base including corporate, government, education, health, service, industrial and retail. contracts.
The Role
You will report to the Operations Manager, taking ownership for the day-to-day management and compliance of a delegated portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts or clients. You will be a key point of contact for clients, acting as critical part of the operations team in building rapport and partnering with strategic stakeholders to understand and deliver client objectives including:
- Lead and manage a cleaning operations team.
- Work accordingly to budget
- Promoting a high standard of quality assurance amongst team members
- Assist in new contract start-ups and change overs
- Managing onsite compliance by promoting relevant OH&S and environmental policies and procedures as well as chemical and test and tag programs.
- Promoting a high standard of quality assurance amongst team members
- Develop new business opportunities and assist in quote preparation.

Experience Required
- A minimum of 5 years operational experience within a cleaning management capacity
- Night shift experience
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for delivering quality service
- Computer literacy & CRM software skills
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence essential.
