With over two decades in the Melbourne market, we service many repeat clients as well as doing our own developments.We are currently seeking an experienced Labourer to join the Maintenance Team for an immediate start to carry out demolition and assist site supervisor and trades where they can.Works will include, but are not limited to:Removing all plaster from all walls that adjoin outside walls to the square-set junction on the ceiling.Removing all wall insulation. (to be replace before plaster is refitted)Assisting the Carpenter to remove and store on site all windows installed to outside wallRemoving ceiling plasterInstall acro props around the perimeter walls.Remove all damaged internal studs and bottom plates to a minimum of 300 mm.
