Our Risk Services practice assesses the activities and risks our clients face and finds ways to improve their business practices. As the facilitator of strategic and organisational change, our team makes a real difference to our clients by identifying their untapped potential and supporting their continuous improvement.

Your new role

Working within the Risk Services team to identify and refine knowledge content as well as assisting team members in gaining access to relevant knowledge content.

You will also assist in collating client proposals using content which you will also be responsible for growing and maintaining.

Client and database administration will also be pivotal to this role as will an ability to code and categories information for the team.

What you bring

With previous experience working with content or knowledge where you may have shaped business information.

You have strong writing and editorial skills with the ability to present information clearly and articulately. You will challenge and refine content which has already been developed, add metadata and re-work concepts and materials developed by the team in a way that it is well structured, reusable and can be easily retrieved.

A strong communicator, you can influence both internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.

System savvy, you are experienced using Microsoft office and have passion and flair for written content and its presentation.

You can work independently and in conjunction with the team to drive desired outcomes.
