You will be required to prep, juice and bottle a range of juices and food items fresh daily. The ideal person will have an interest and knowledge of plant-based menus and be able to work from 11pm until 7am.

• Prep, juice and bottle a range of juices
• Wash and sterilise all bottles and equipment
• Follow all hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
• Assist the chef with food preparation
• Follow the direction of the Executive Chef
• Maintain a positive and motivated work ethic in the kitchen at all times

Skills and experience

Must have at least 1-year food production experience.
