Saltwater Properties at South Yarra are seeking an energetic, bubbly person to fill the roll of a house person.Someone able to work on a 7 day rotating roster Working rights in Australia for a minimum of 6 months

Hours to offer are approximately 25-35 hours a week

Duties will include

• Ensuring front of building is kept clean, this may include cleaning windows and mopping
• Ensuring the housekeeping common room is always kept tidy
• Cleaning reception
• Cleaning the lifts
• Replenish up linen
• Unpack the linen delivery
• Topping up consumables
• Fixing small maintenance issues that may occur throughout the day
• Vacuuming Levels
• Checking car parks to ensure they are clean
• Other duties will be required, depending on what is needed to be done throughout the day

Interviews will be conducted to successful applicants
