We are currently seeking Night Auditors to join our enthusiastic and successful team on a full time basis. All applicants must be able to provide friendly, professional and personalised customer service. You must be flexible to work on a rotating roster, as well as be available to work on weekends and public holidays.

The main duties and responsibilities of the position include:

• Working on the reception desk from 11:00pm to 7:00am
• Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Responding to accommodation enquiries via phone and email
• Promoting the business to achieve accommodation sales
• Settling end of day reports and emailing them to management
• Checking guests in and out
• Tending to any guest needs

The successful applicant will demonstrate a commitment and passion for customer service, strong skills in promoting and up-selling accommodation services, excellent and well articulated communication, excellent time management and multi-tasking skills, strong attention to detail, and work well within a team. You must also have a flexible can-do attitude, and be open to process changes where necessary.

You must be available to start training no later than the 25th of September, 2017.

Prior experience in a similar role is not essential, however it is preferred. A background in security is also favoured, however not essential.
