Award-winning luxury hotel, Park Hyatt Melbourne seeks an experienced and customer focused House Attendant to join the Housekeeping team on a full-time basis.

With the support of the Manager - Housekeeping, you will be responsible for ensuring all guest corridors and floor pantries are consistently maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. The House Attendant will also be responsible for running deliveries and errands as requested by guests and Housekeeping Management .

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous work experience in a similar position
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
• The ability to perform effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Superior customer service skills with the ability to act consistently with clear ethics and values in accordance to confidentiality.
• The ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of the importance of five star grooming standards.
• The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including mornings, afternoons, weekends and public holidays.
