We are a National Commercial Cleaning and maintenance company and are seeking the services of a Full Time handyman to undertake works at a large private school in Toorak.

The works are small to medium and jobs are very diverse in nature.

Key Requirements:

• Previous hands-on experience in repairs and maintenance
• Proven ability to manage and complete jobs in a set period with limited supervision.
• Can do attitude
• Be competent in the use of basic hand and power tools
• Have safety knowledge related to the transportation of tools, materials, and work pieces in are around work areas.
• Have a clear understanding of safe work health & safety practices
• Provide fast and effective service for maintenance requests

Advantage

• Possess any trade certification

The successful person must be honest, reliable, have attention to detail, able to follow instructions, follow the job from start to end and can work in a team to carry out to a high standard.

Applicant must have:

• Working with children check
• National police clearance
• Excellent command of the English language and written skills
• Confidence in communicating
