Ocha has been one of Melbourne's best loved, owner run,Japanese restaurants for the past 24 years. We are currently expanding to incorporate private dining spaces and a casual, open all day, bar area and therefore have opportunities for genuinely passionate and enthusiastic people to join our small, dedicated Ocha "family" . At Ocha, we think of all our staff as family, so the successful applicants will thrive in a caring environment working as a close knit team with the ability to work both independently and alongside other staff to offer customers professional yet personal service. He or she will have a genuine love of food, wine and a passion for making the whole dining experience the best possible for the customer. We are currently seeking both wait staff and bar staff with some experience in a busy, working environment. As this is a new phase of Ocha, it will provide the successful applicants with a fantastic opportunity to be involved from the very beginning and have some input into the bar setup, menu and running of the bar and function spaces.
