Purpose of job:
To provide a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers
To assist in the preparation of food and drinks
To maintain the shop areas in a clean and tidy state at all
Responsible to: Shop Manager
Work at: La Roll’ shops in Sunshine, Laverton, Derrimut, Truganina and near by suburbs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

To serve customer and assist with food preparation
Ensure all service areas are setup at La Roll's defined standards and procedures
To initiate good customer service and ensure La Roll' service record is upheld
To cooperate with all staffs, undertake such as duties in the kitchen/service areas to deliver efficient and effective service at all times
To project a willing and helpful attitude to customers who seek the appropriate knowledge of food items sold throughout front house area
To ensure food storage, areas under your control are well - maintained at the La Roll's hygiene, health and safety policies and procedures
To report any faults, problems to shop manager
To carry out cleaning of equipments, kitchen, service areas and other housekeeping tasks in accordance with the cleaning schedule
To attend training sessions when required.
Be willing to relocate to other shops when required

The Ideal Person:

Able to work from Monday to Friday, day shifts.
Confident to communicate with customers in English
Love to provide exceptional customer service with a smile
Manual dexterity for quick, skilful handwork
Able to keep limited written records on standard formPrevious working experience in a customer service environment is preferred
Evidence of Food Safety Certificate or equivalent is preferred
Able to follow instructions
Flexible and adaptive nature, able to fit in with changing conditions
Able to follow instructions
Have Australian work rights
